Description
Sarouk Rugs: From the small Persian town of Sarough comes the world famous Sarough rug. Old and antique Sarough unique pieces are particularly rare and valuable. They were exported to America at the beginning of the 20th century. The high quality knotting, the extraordinary style and the dyeing with real plant dye make them the most exclusive rugs in the world.
Persian Rugs: Persian carpets are world-renowned for their quality and beauty. Genuine Persian carpets are hand-knotted and the wool is dyed with natural vegetable dye. Characteristic of Persian carpets are also the elaborate patterns in floral and geometric shapes. The best-known provenances where carpets are knotted are Nain, Sarough, Tabriz, Isfahan, Kashan, Bijar and Ghom.

New Wool Necklace: Hand-spun virgin wool is used by nomads not only in the pile, but also for the warp (the base fabric).
Hand knotted quality: Hand-knotted rugs are true works of art and, depending on the quality, require very good training and a high degree of patience. Knotting by hand makes the rugs much finer, smoother and higher quality than with other methods.
