Moud Rugs: Moud rugs are knotted in Mourchasa province in the east of Iran on the border with Afghanistan. They are exclusively floral, with a very fine pattern. The good wool quality makes these rugs particularly suitable for everyday use!

Characteristic of Persian carpets are also the elaborate patterns in floral and geometric shapes. The best-known provenances where carpets are knotted are Nain, Sarough, Tabriz, Isfahan, Kashan, Bijar and Ghom.
