Terms and Conditions

Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between us (Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg, HRB 164137) and you as a customer resulting from orders of goods via our online shop Rugway.
Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding invitation for the customer to order these goods. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order that constitutes a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with Wahdat Trading GmbH for the goods in the shopping cart.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been received. This email does not constitute acceptance of the purchase offer but merely informs you that we have received the order.
For payment methods like credit card and PayPal, different rules apply. A binding contract is concluded either by your instruction to one of the mentioned payment service providers to pay the price of the goods to us or by clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button.
We reserve the right to cancel an order within five days if a technical error or an error not caused by us occurs in the product listing (mislabelled price, incorrect stock information, etc.).
The contract language is German.
Payment Options
The customer has the following payment options: bank transfer (advance payment), credit card (Visa, MasterCard), and PayPal.
Advance Payment
If you select the payment option "Advance Payment," you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation via email. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 5 days. The goods will be shipped after payment is received.
Credit Card
If you select "Credit Card" as your payment option (VISA, MasterCard), your credit card will be charged when the order is completed.
PayPal
When selecting PayPal as the payment method, you can choose between EUR and USD. Please note that there are restrictions on using PayPal for products manufactured in Iran. If your shopping cart contains goods from Iran, PayPal will not be offered as a payment method.
Cash on Delivery
An additional charge of 2.00€ is added for cash on delivery.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
Shipping
Free shipping within the EU + Switzerland and Norway.
When selecting our standard shipping option in the order process, you will receive your order free of shipping costs within 2-4 days after payment is received. Besides free shipping, we offer worldwide shipping, with costs displayed during the order process.
In addition to delivery, self-pickup is possible at the following address: Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg. Please ensure that the carpet is marked as available on-site in the product description.
In the case of transport damage, please report it to us as soon as possible.
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is carried out net, with import taxes and customs fees payable to the shipping provider.
Free Return within the EU + Switzerland and Norway
If you wish to exercise your right of return and would like free collection, please let us know. You can inform us of your preferred collection date by phone or email, and the package will be picked up from your home.
If you send the package back yourself, we cannot cover the shipping costs.

30-Day Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary 30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt. The period begins the day after receiving the goods. Simply inform us of your wish to return the goods by letter, email, or fax.
Please note that the return policy only applies to online orders, phone orders, or orders via email within the scope of distance selling laws. Purchases in our physical store (Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg) are generally excluded, unless a different agreement is made and documented in writing at the time of purchase.
Warranty
All of our products come with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. If a claim is made under warranty and it is determined that the defect is due to external influences, the customer may be responsible for repair costs, as the warranty does not cover this type of damage. Our experts will determine if the defect is due to a manufacturing error or external influence after delivery to the customer. Freight costs are borne by the customer in the event of a warranty claim.
