Free Shipping within the EU
By selecting our standard shipping during the checkout process, you will receive your order free of shipping charges after payment is received. In addition to free shipping, we offer worldwide shipping. You will be informed about any applicable costs during the checkout process.
Self-Collection
Besides delivery, there is also the option of self-collection at the following address: Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg. Please note in the product description that the carpet is marked as available on-site.
Shipping to Switzerland & Norway
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is done net. Import taxes and customs fees will apply, which will be billed to you by the shipping service provider. For possible returns, return shipping is also free of charge. Regarding customs duties and VAT, we ask you to contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Transport Damage
If there is visible transport damage to the goods, please report this directly to the shipping provider upon receipt and document it with pictures. For transport damage that becomes visible later, please also report it to the shipping provider with appropriate photos. Feel free to contact us as well in such cases.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available to you as a customer: Bank Transfer (prepayment), Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), and PayPal.
Prepayment/Bank Transfer
When choosing the prepayment option, you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation via email. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 5 days. The goods will be shipped after the payment is received.
Credit Card
When choosing the credit card payment method (VISA, MasterCard), your credit card will be charged upon completing the order.
PayPal
When selecting PayPal as the payment method, you can choose between the currencies EUR and USD. Please note that PayPal has restrictions on paying for products manufactured in Iran. If your shopping cart contains items from Iran, PayPal will not be available as a payment method.
Cash on Delivery (by arrangement only)
For cash on delivery shipping, additional fees apply.
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price is received.
